- AdBlue Dispenser - A supply module draws the AdBlue from a tank using a diaphragm pump and compresses it to the system pressure of 4.5 to 8.5bar required for atomization. The dosing module calculates the optimum quantity of AdBlue based on engine operating and sensor data in order to reduce the NOx efficiently. Tiny amounts of AdBlue are injected into the flow of exhaust gases. At high temperatures AdBlue turns to ammonia and carbon dioxide. Inside the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system, harmful nitrogen oxide in the exhaust reacts with the ammonia and is transformed to harmless nitrogen and water.
- AdBlue Dosing Pump - The dosing pump is used to pump an aqueous NOx reducing agent into the truck's exhaust system. This reduces nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions in diesel engines. With a AdBlue dosing pump as a genuine remanufactured part, a urea solution (AdBlue) is injected into the exhaust flow before it reaches the catalytic converter. When this solution combines with diesel exhaust gas, environmentally harmful nitrogen oxides are almost entirely converted to water vapor and nitrogen.
